Before we open your new ANZ account, we’ll contact you to arrange an appointment at an ANZ branch so we can confirm your identity. You’ll need to bring along:
During this visit we can help you setup the following - PIN numbers on any new cards, access to ANZ Internet Banking and Phone Banking, ANZ goMoney, ANZ goMoney Wallet or Apple Pay. And if you’re switching banks, we can also help you close any old accounts and transfer any existing payments to your new account.

So we can finish opening your new ANZ account, we will contact you to arrange for you to provide a
certified copy of your passport and address verification of your current residence as proof of identification. Please note, we cannot accept a PO Box number as your address.
